Environmentally Responsible Acommodations

Tiki Shores strives to be environmentally responsible in every area of our operation. As a small hospitality operation, we are always working to come up with effective solutions that protect and enhance the environment and reduce our carbon footprint.

• We recycle bottles, cans, cardboard and paper.
• Each suite has a recycling bin.
• We continuously educate our staff on environmental concerns.
• During a guest’s stay, we only replace towels and sheets if the guest requests it. This results in a considerable reduction of water and energy consumption.
• Where ever possible, we use energy-saving light bulbs.
• We use environmentally-friendly cleaning products.
• As we refurnish rooms, we replace appliances with energy-reducing models.
• The television sets in our suites are being replaced with sets manufactured using recycled materials and which consume less electricity.
