Pet-friendly Policy

We are pleased to welcome you and your K-9 companion to Tiki Shores Condominium Beach Resort. In our attempt to make you and your pet’s stay with us as pleasant as possible, without impacting on the cleanliness and quiet enjoyment our other guests, we would appreciate your full cooperation in following the rules set out below.

Failure to comply with any of the rules below may result in forfeit of deposit and or immediate removal of pet and its owner from our property.

• Limit of 1 pet per unit.
• All pets must be pre-registered.
• Pets of non-registered guests are not permitted on resort property.
• Pets are permitted in "Pet Friendly" rooms only. If you are visiting friends or relatives staying at the resort please ensure that you pet does not enter other Suites.
• A fee of $30/Day will be applied to those with a pet.
• An additional $200.00 damage deposit will be required at time of check in, refundable at time of check out, less any damages or additional cleaning fees. Suite must be inspected before deposit can be released.
• Pets must be leashed at all times while on Resort property.
• Tiki Shores is considered public area and a Penticton By-Law prohibits unleashed pets in public areas or on all local beaches except for a designated “Dog Beach”.
• Owners must pick up after their pets immediately.
• You MUST NOT leave your pet unattended in your Suite.
• Pets that bark excessively, act in an aggressive manner or disturb other guests or resort staff will not be tolerated.
• Use of resorts linens or towels to bathe or dry off pets is strictly prohibited. Pet towels are available.
• Please refrain from bathing your pet in tubs or showers, proper pet rinsing areas are provided for your convenience.
• Pets are not allowed to sit directly on the furniture or bedding.
